Pull out and lift the lower bed (already made). The extra sleeping place rolls out from behind the backrest. Sheets, pillow & duvet are in the wardrobe.
The property was built in the early 1880s by veterinarian Felix Grönfeldt and consists of three houses and a few smaller buildings. The western building houses Restaurant Strandkanten (with conference rooms upstairs). The middle and eastern buildings are Hotel Grönfeltsgården – rebuilt in 2015 from an older hostel, and updated again in 2025.

The hotel lounge is located in the west building on the upper floor. The lounge is open until 22:30 every day.

Two parking areas are available next to Grönfeltsgården. Free and open 24/7. Temporary parking in front of the hotel for loading/unloading is allowed.
Parking in the courtyard is not allowed due to emergency vehicle access.
Emergency exits are available on each floor (green signs). The hotel has an automatic fire alarm directly connected to Fire & Rescue.
Assembly point: in the middle of the courtyard by the assembly sign.
Smoking: not permitted in or around the hotel.
Our duvets and pillows are approved by the Swedish Asthma & Allergy Association. Rooms are non‑smoking, and pets are only allowed in one room with a private entrance at the back.
